He needs to grow up really, the guy isn't evil or anything, but just a complete kn*b, bad atitude, thinks highly of himself, he is just a moaron and that comes across in his bog. I havn't read (a part from Bex/Luke and Stu) any of the other HM's talking about others HM's like this.
The guy is a womble, and needs to grow up, I have cheese in me fridge that's more mature then him.
