Thank you for your input, but I can hardly moderate WITHOUT locking and banning rule-breaking threads. I've never banned someone, only given out a warning when a rule has been broken (and not before u2u'ing them first).

Like the other mods, I also work behind the scenes that people don't see, it just so happens people also see me working on the forum.

I'm not going to let a rule go broken, just so I don't appear to be too strict or rampaging. So I'm just going to have to get on and handle the stick/insults I get for that.
