Ok so I'm just finishing my second week of half term and I am going back to school on Monday But I'm currently going to sleep at like 3:00 - 3:00AM and waking at about 12PM - 1PM. My summer holidays messed up my pattern but as I went back to school it got better. I have NO idea how I'm going to wake up at 6AM on Monday morning! =/
I have 3 days left. What do I do? hugo |

What I always do is stay up all night on the penultimate day of the holiday and then go to sleep quite early on the final day. It always works pretty well for me.

go to bed now, and set your alarm for when you have to get up on monday. tomorrow youll be tired, so dont force yourself to go to bed, wait until you are and then go straight away, wake up at same time as you would on monday and then just carry on, that should help

Well I was the same in the summer, going to bed at around 5 and waking up at 2pm, But I managed to get back into my routine of waking up 7ish for college and going to bed at around 11/12.
I think the best thing is too go to sleep soon, set a alarm for around 9/10 that way your body will get use to waking up at that time and then will get up at the time you need to for school. I did this, or started going to bed a bit early, I managed to get up earlier too and in the end my body just naturally woke up at 7am every morning. |
