Pudsey urges you to put your hands into your sofas and donate the money...that you didn't even realise you had!

The BBC's The One Show has launched the Pennies For Pudsey campaign, which aims to find the nation's missing coins!

Presenter, Adrian Chiles said: "Pennies for Pudsey is a great idea! We all have those extra coins hiding away in desk drawers, old jackets, down the back of the sofa or under the car seat."

Co-Presenter Christine Bleakley added: "All those extra pennies that you never even knew you had can now be handed into to help disadvantaged children throughout the UK and every penny donated will go towards helping some young person's life."

Once you've found those lost coins, you can hand them into any local Royal Bank of Scotland, NatWest or Ulster Bank branch.

There is an estimated £65 million worth of pennies unaccounted for around the UK.

So what are we all waiting for? Get rummaging!
