I would totally raid through it like
Read all messages, pictures etc. Then I would probably look for a contact in the address book like mum, home, something like that so I could get their phone back to you. I found £150 in cash outside once and handed it into the police. I regretted it. But I did it anyway. Nobody claimed it and I got it back
