Default Science Ruins Tasks?

Do you think Science has ruined most of the tasks this series? I think he isnt a good sport at all when it comes to tasks and he cares to much about his image to wear womans bikinis etc just for some fun. He wouldnt wear the bikini, he ran away from kemal in the dog task, during the pirate task all he did was shout, the box task he didnt even give a try hardly, the swimming task he did good in. What are your views when it comes to Science and doing the tasks?

The only housemate who really made an effort in the tasks was Roberto.

Yep you cannot just the blame at Science's door, in the pirate task he may of shouted but he did not make them fail, the box task was for a personal reward and he chose to get out, the dog task was not just failed by him and it was not against the rules for him to take off his collar. He has not needed to wear women's bikini's to pass tasks, I would not wear one either.

I agree with BB Fernzy, and I had actually thought Science contributes quite a bit to tasks. Aside from the problem over the romeo and juliet customes, he's done little wrong in my eyes task-wise. He was in the pool for the swimming despite that he can't swim, he was great as a pirate captain, in the medical task early on, he was quite funny as the caring sharing nurse type! And running off the lead in the dog task was not a fail, and was quite funny to watch!

When you look at the sports task, Science didn't do a Vanessa & run from his fear of swimming did he? He faced up to that & pulled off the synchronised swimming event with Orla - even conceeding the music! He listened & learned fro her doing that task. Not counting to ten & Kemal's Scottish Anthem memory lapse cost them then? Who spat the dummy during practice?

I agree, with Slartibartfast, if anything - Science has tried to play the role up & make tasks fun, apart from the Pirate task, when Captain Science went to his head, - he was out of order several times, despite excellent role play, he demoralised the rest with over the top acting through that!

I dont think you can just blame Science.... after all most tasks are based on the group pulling to gether and working as a team... which is something this series housemates havent mastered yet

Its not just down to Science that the tasks have been getting ruined, i definately think he should be a better sport though for example why would'nt he wear a bikini? he thinks it really means something if he gets seen in one.

Well its all been said now. Science has done his best at all tasks. The power of t.v eh? You guys can't remember all of this cos one show goes out showing science as the bad guy and announcing that the task is failed the next day. So you guys put two and two together and blame him for that task and all others that are failed. He may have a cavalier attitude to tasks but he never will ruin one. Unlike Saskia Maxwell and Craig and Ant who vowed to fail tasks when they thought they would be picked off one by one by team diva. The pirate task had a record of 27 or so fails. The most in bb history. If you can remember science did his best to get everyone to pass but they ignorned him. This frustrated him greatly and he was so demoralised that he barely spoke that week.
