You're right she needs help and she not going to get it on her own. It's not just the drinks it the drugs as well it must be frying her brian.
It's a shame that under the mental health act they can't section her and force her to stay in a psychiatric hospital until she is clean.

Can't they do what they did with Britney? Put her under her father's control. So her father works all her legal stuff/moves in with her etc. It worked wonders for Brit.
