That's ridiculous. It would still be an offence. Just because it wasn't a rape or a murder, doesn't mean it can't be dealt with. That would be like me saying theres no point in going to the police because somebody stole something from my room as opposed to them stealing from a bank. The police are there for everyone and for everything.
It did make headlines..it got Maxwell out. The public found it disgusting and immoral. I wouldn't behave like that and people I know wouldn't. So it should be sorted.
