They look pretty simple. In the first one he has just resized, rotate, skewed ect. and the put a texture over the top.
In the second he has just simply put them there with a color and texture. And cut around the parts of the people that overlap the pictures and made that part a new layer an put them over the picture layer. EDIT: just realised you asked about a site lol |
