Im planning on getting one for my 17th, id like a really small pink bow on my shoulder with:

'Nan 08' above it and 'Nana 05' below it for both my grandmas that died and the year they died in. But i really dont want a big one incase i choose to cover it up during later years etc.. x

Im 15, and my parents allow me to have one whenever I first can.
Is it 16 or 18? I forgot. Either way, my parents dont mind because my uncle and my cousins have many tattoos. They would never allow me to have a piercing though, which is good because I dont want one.
