Based on the last weeks matches below is a real example of how managers would have fared in this new head to head legue.

Adam 44 Lauren 24
Jonathan 46 Stewart 14
Jamie 28 Gemma 27
Mark 35 Shaun 26
David 25 Daniel 22
James 38 Angela 41

rest week, Rebecca

Remember it is 3 points for a win, and 1 point for a drawn game.
You only have one rest week(maximum, if we have an even number of managers, a rest week won't be needed) each in the full fixture list for the season.
The winning differnce between managers determines(similar to goal difference) who takes preference in the table when managers points total are level.
When the difference is also level, the manager with the overall higher points tally will take preference.
If that is still level, and only to determine the overall Champion, a play off game will decide the league. All other places in the league will remain tied.
