Is there a general election in 2009? I thought there was one in May 2005 and that they're every 5 years? If there is one then yes the Conservatives will win. X Factor won't fail I don't think, but the ratings will drop a bit.

The Tories are great and at the minute Labour are just failing miserably in trying to control the economy (especially that dodgy eyebrows man Alistair Darling LOL), so the Conservatives deserve a chance to see if they're any better.

They will cut public services, so schools, NHS, social services, help for the truly deprived...****ed mate. you vote em but if your not loaded well dont come crying to me...

Labour aren't doing much themselves so why not let another party see if they can do something useful. You cannot criticise the Tories because they haven't been in power for a long while and you've just got to see how things pan out, and then if they realise that they're in the wrong then I'm sure they'll change their ways.

yeh keep dreaming mate! Ive lived under a Tory govt, they will cut public funding theyve already said it! They learnt bugger all, they look after the rich and that wont change!

The only thing thats stopping me voting Labour is that G.B is still PM. If they replace him I would be more likely to vote for them, but I'm voting LibDem, none will get my vote. I live in a LibDem area anyway.
