Big Brother star Brian Dowling has said co-starring in panto is like being back in the reality show that first made him famous.
The affable Kildare man made his Irish stage debut this month after stepping into the role of Peter Pan at the Tivoli Theatre (read HQ magazine in tomorrow's Herald for all the details).
And he said it reminds him of being back in Big Brother.
"It's very like it as you're tired all the time, you're surrounded by people you don't really know and there's mirrors everywhere, just like the house, so it's actually very similar to the whole experience of being locked in the house," he said.
The cheeky chappy is going down a storm with audiences but insisted he's heading back to his adopted home of London in the new year.
"I'm going back over in February. It's great to be home but I'm definitely heading back," he explained.
Meanwhile, fellow Big Brother star Ray Shah has revealed how he has finally moved in with his long-term girlfriend.
Although he seemed to be heading for a life of eternal singledom, Ray has now taken the plunge and set up a love nest in Raheny on his native northside.
"I've lived with guys before in the UK but this is the first time I've moved in with a girl. It's all going well so far," he said
