1.The shag hair was nothing more then a pun, to laugh at how messed up her hair was, if that's what you consider crude you need to enter the real world.

2.Of course she gave her input into the conversation with LATOYA. A conversation usually refers to two people talking. It;s human nature to want to relate with others.

3.I think whether or not LaToya was uncomfortable is a matter of opinion. I personally didn't see any signs of discomfort on her part and how do you know that Tina didn't realise LaToya was uncomfortable but didn't want to make things awkward or make it seem like she was treating LaToya any differently.
