They always argued that Channel 4 showed Jude in a bad way and edited the show to make her and her little gang look bad. In there eyes Jade never did anything wrong, it was always the programmer makers fault. Jade was never to blame for what she did or said.
I remember the discussion on here about it well.

and in the end when the Ofcom review came out we saw it was much much worse then they even showed. They said they learnt their lesson that time, but they are doing the same again
