There are two options to take in the next few months to get ratings up
1) Prepare for another seires of the same format with and hope for viewers to stay for the show
2) Re-do the whole show, make the format completely different something like BBUS and lose but also gain viewers.

Its time to act and if nothing is done well its the end of BB by September

Well, next September - BB11 is under contract too. I'm in no doubt though this is the last Celebrity Big Brother.

We've laid most of the blame at C4 for seemingly wanting to just get rid, but Endemol aren't exactly fighting their corner either - they've made exactly the same mistake with CBB this time as they did last time. They've forgotten their own format!

Big Brother isn't a couple of rounds of nominations then 41 people in the final - it needs to be regular noms throughout (at least twice weekly) so they go through the process. I was delighted they kicked off with the HoH, but now they've abandoned it! Similarly the house is set up for Heaven and Hell and really needed something this weekend - but they've wimped out!

This whole series seems to be based around the idea all we want is celebs in silly costumes - how far from the truth can you get!

Think about it like this.... officials normally add 300,000, so in the last 2 days which have got 3.2m will go up to around 3.5m each in the officials. Im thinking that last Mondays show will go over 4m as it got a overnight of 3.7m, and i want to see what Fridays First show gets (got 3.8m overnights) so that should get around 4m-4.2m.

Its on par with BB9 right now, it could go passed BB9s average when the officials come out.... they are not that bad.

Friday 1 - 3.3m (13.8%)
Friday 2 - 2.11m(14.3%)

Shocking ratings for a Friday, this series is a failure
I can't see the finale getting 5million

2.5million for Sunday

The ratings for tonight will be interesting, will the first show even break the 2million barrier?

Yeah but Wild at Heart doesn't attract the same demographic and DOI result ratings weren't that high so theres no excuse really
This series is a failure in the ratings and tonights ratings will show that.

I agree with that. But think about it.... if BB10 drops even more than CBB6...(which it shouldnt do if things change) i think it will mean a complete end to BB.

Tonight it is against Eastenders, Corrie and Liverpool vs Everton.

I predict 1.5 million.

If BB10 falls any further then it is the end of BB.
The only way forward is to completely change for BB10 to insure that viewers are kept and hopefully increase a litlte
I'm just hoping there is change and not the same boring 13 week old format with fame hungry wannabes along with eye flashes and house adverts.

I have a feeling that todays shows will get the lowest ratings for an eviction ever... just got a very strong feeling about that.

I didn't add the +1 ratings onto the second show
Still very poor though
I think C4 should think about changing the eviction day, I know they can only do Fridays at the current location but I could see evictions working much better on a Sunday in the summer
