I wouldn't find it weird if she was 16... but 19 year old dating a 15 year old is a bit weird IMO. He has gotta wait till she is 16 at least.

I agree with Fom, wait until she's 16.
My boyfriend was 23 when we got together, and I was 16, but if I was 15, he wouldn't have gone for me.
