According to you, there have been polls and games been done on other forums and Rachel is seen as the 3rd most deserving winner on all i have seen (behind Brian D and Kate).

I think they always knew it was time for a change lol, just they didnt do it for bb9 coz they wanted to watil till bb ten to amrk the tenth year of bb been on

Changes can be for the worse as well as for the better.

But with the series ratings ebbing away they need to take a few risks to bring in new fans and keep those that watch the opening night show.
