Why on earth would someone fake cancer? Especially someone like Jade Goody who needs to keep a good reputation as it is her source of income. If this wasn't a celebrity then i'm sure your response would be very different to our comments.

And it is a debate, weather you like the subject or not, that is what it is, thats why the OP opened the thread. You cant decide, or tell people what they should or shouldnt debate. You can make the choice to not, but please refrain from trying to censor people based on morality! I consider that the most cowardly ways.
