ALEX and Jonny paired up to torment Kate as she tried to go to bed.

The boys stole the Kent girl's duvet and, as she turned her back to retrieve it, Jonny took her pillows and pushed her mattress to the floor.

It proved to be an endless cycle, as Kate's covers, pillows and mattress were continually stolen or thrown to the floor every time she looked the other way.

She soon failed to see the funny side. "Jonny ****** off now, this is getting beyond a joke, where's my pillows?" she cried out.

Storming across the room to Jonny's bed, Kate found what she was looking for.

"There's my *********g duvet. Oh, and there's my other pillow. No, it's not, it's a case," she said sarcastically, before throwing a suitcase on top of Jonny and producing a loud groan from the joker.

Then Jade decided to advise Kate on how to outwit the boys, screaming across the room, "Why don't you hold your pillow, and hold your cover? You're the mug, because any normal person would get their cover, get their pillow and walk with it."

A row ensued between the girls: "Let's see if Jade the clever bird's theory is correct, let's see if they don't steal my mattress, shall we?"

"THEN you put it back ON!" shrieked Jade.

Alex had cunningly blocked out the light by putting a blanket at the bottom of the bedroom door and, sure enough, as Kate returned to her bed with duvet and pillows in hand, she found the mattress gone.

"Come on, clever s**t," she demanded, as the boys laughed hysterically. "Where the ****** is my mattress?"

"Move the quilt from the bottom of the door and you'll be able to see, you arsehole!" screamed Jade.

As Kate finally settled down for the night, all her bed linen present and counted for, the teasing once more turned on Jade.

"Anyone got any earplugs?" asked Kate.

Alex laughed: "I've got a shotgun, will that help?"

As much as I like Kate and I didnt see it so maybe she wasnt as angry as they made out, but its all very well for her to play tricks on Jade and hide from her but when the boot is on the other foot,she doesnt like it. She has got a bit of a temper on her, hasnt she?

Hmmm, I see what you mean. I think they have been all out of order with Jade, she may have been annoying at times, and she did bitch, but I don't believe anything she's done was deliberately malicious, even with Sophie she was lead by other people as well, but the housemates know what they are doing to Jade, and they are quite mean about it sometimes.

They may pretend it's a joke, but its not, they don't really like her.

Then they are sick, and Jade's the first one there, looking after them, cleaning up, holding their hair back - I think they are far too unfair on her, and I think the result may swing Jade's way because of it (not that I'd mind if Jade won) - I said at the start nothing would make me like Jade, but I was wrong. She'll never be my favourite person in the world, but I like her, and I know the saying is "You reap what you sow", but she does have a heart of gold, and I don't believe anything she has done was to deliberately cause pain to anyone.

I think they should treat her like a human being - Alex in particular is awful to her, and from the sounds of her arguement with Kate (which may read worse than it sounds) it was fueled by her loneliness because they won't let her join in "Follow the Van", and her parting "Katie does dirty things with the boys to keep herin the house" shot, I couldn't help but feel slightly happy she fought back.

In comment to the actual subject, she doesn't seem to be too happy when the tables are turned, and in fairness, a good sense of humour means taking as well as giving.

Yeh it's a bit strange that, because Kate has been on the receiving end of a few pranks and took them well. I actually think it's getting to all of them now. Jonny and Kate will be mates no matter what, but even there I detect the odd bit of tension. It is amazing how Jade who has mixed it and bitched a fair amount (though not as much as Alex or Adele) seems to be the one rising above it.

Personally, I am judging who I vote for over the whole 9 weeks, which is why I am sticking to Kate and Jonny.

Same here Oldgit - I never go by specific events that occur in the house. I dont believe in that.

Me too, which might mean voting for Jade - she has been incredibly entertaining.

I reckon my loyalty will lie with Kate though, as I've only recently started to like Jade more, and I've always liked Kate, but I reckon a lot of people will vote for Jade after this weeks events, she seems to have come out of it best so far.
