Hat\'s not the way to do it
Quote:
Hat's not the way to do it RAY Quinn’s Dancing On Ice partner Maria Filippov slips up and drops his hat last night — but he still manages to bowler over the judges.
Former X Factor contestant Ray, 20, had tossed his sparkly black trilby to the former Bulgarian ice dance champ.
The audience gasped as it slipped through her fingers. But judges still awarded them a score of 26.
Meanwhile, bitchy judge Jason Gardiner nearly got his comeuppance. Presenter Phillip Schofield wielded a giant inflatable hammer over his bonce.
* ZOE Salmon nicknamed her cane Michael — but lost it and had to use a broom handle in rehearsal.
A show source said the former Blue Peter presenter was wailing: “Has anyone seen Michael?”
* HARSH Jason Gardiner has a soft spot for Colleen Nolan and admits he struggles not to mark her up.
He said: “Although I love her to bits as a person I’ve got to look at it impartially, unfortunately.”
* THREE out of the six celebs fell over during yesterday’s dress rehearsal as props spun out of control.
A source said: “It was a disaster. The stars were moaning about their props with just two hours to go.”
* PREGNANT hostess with the mostess Holly Willoughby says she can no longer see her feet.
The star, whose baby is due in May, said: “It’s like, ‘What colour shoes am I wearing?’”
* THE professional male skaters “flashed” the girls in rehearsals last night.
They whipped off macs during the opening performance to reveal they were topless. Bosses ordered tops for the live show.
* SKATER boy Ray Quinn named his new Yamaha motorbike after dance partner Maria Filippov.
A source said: “Maria was thrilled, but made it clear the bike would be the only Maria he got his leg over!”
