Three words......Bring back Hannah.

It's getting slightly tiresome though now I haven't had it for like a month and a bit.

Yeah, it was a bit OTT, okay I KEPT putting it back in after they removed it but I only got told a mod moved when my sig rights got taken away.

A polite U2U to stop would have yielded better results for everyone. But whatever what's done is done.

Hannah shouldn't be banned in the first place, admin needs to sort themselves out.

I agree, the whole incident undermined the punishment system and made the warning system pointless. A little bit of thought and less aggro would have gone a long way here.

Saying that certain members have always been allowed to run riot whilr others are reprimanded if they breathe in the wrong direction.

I think the punishment system needs to be looked at and everyone has to be treated the same, or it just fails.

Yeah the Mod team generally does a good job but they don't like constructive criticism. Look at the times when someone's been banned unfairly I put the counter argument accross in a fair and non aggressive way just to get my reply deleted or the thread locked.

There needs to be more democracy on this site because at times it's just a dictatorship.

Yup Tibb wouldn't exist without it's members. I'm not against punishment though, If they warned me about the Hannah message when they first deleted it. I probably wouldn't have done it again.

Talking things through works better then throwing punishments around, the latter just leaves everyone involved bitter if it's undeserved.

That's a two way street though, without it's members his site wouldn't exist. We need to reach a middle ground at times with the admin, maybe some sort of an appeal system? Where the mods hear you out and they talk it through? That would be good. Let a bit of democracy in.
