They knew full well who lives in Luton
it is a mixed area.
They did not need to march there.

The papers are exaggerating the Muslim "crowd". There were about 20 of them, as opposed to hundreds of supporters. I'm sure the soldiers have experienced worse than a few people shouting at them and condemning them. Another non-story to sensationalise.

The thing is Arista, we are not that interested in this kind of story. We have Jade Goody's agony to be compassionate about. And that is the real news. We need to hear more about that!

I meant a non-story in the fact that it caused no problems. They let their views be heard, and that was that. It was hardly a full-scaled riot attack like the "sickening" and "hate-mob" headlines seem to suggest.

this is completly unforgivable and im not a Brit but I support them as they are our countries greatest allys. This soldiers died fighting scumbad terrorists in the name of freedom theres no need for your scumbag protests....

If you were here...well we have the 2nd ammendment...all i need to say. Brits take to the streets next time these scumbags attack your troops with there propaganda TAKE THEM DOWN. your men have suffered enough they should come home to what i originally saw waving English flags, overly loud applause, and much much thanks.

and aside from the politics...what does that have to do with the troops. They are doing there job they are going where asked to go. Just like i do my job and listen to my bosses.

they deserve nothing but respect for doing what their country has asked of them they did it they did it bravely and now they are home. they deserve peace they deserve respect. not protests. go protest 10 Downing street dont protest the young men who served bravely for the English people.
