No it's not. According to the link you posted, the product is made by "SilverCrest".

Correct SliverCrest is just the Lidl Name
it is made by Medion Computers
who supply Aldi and Lidl.
They can not use Medion direct name
as Aldi got it first
so Lidl get medion to print Silver Crest
on their stock.
