I don't understand why people can't grasp the fact that he may actually be a reformed character. The fact that he's had a few fights recently (which he may not have started) doesn't mean he would still hit a woman. Are Drake and Frank Ocean capable of hitting women too then? People learn from their mistakes. If the victim of the crime can accept that then so can you.

Nothing of what he has done since then has shown this reformed character... yes, he hasn't hit her again yet, good on him. Doesn't mean that he might not further down the line.

I am not in any way shape or form hoping that he hits her again, I hope to god that he has learnt from his mistakes. My point is is that people are far too forgiving just because Rihanna is. Woman (and even men) are abused day by day, yet the lesson learned from Chris/Rihanna's situation is that you can come out of it still being worshiped.
