Considering our team won, and didn’t cheat, and would never dream of cheating, as it’s pointless and unfair... I don’t think me nor Sia should be in the firing line. I’ve never been in the losing team in this whole competition, and with that, I’m the only one who has been on the winning team the whole way through. In every task, I have done as much as I can, whilst making sure everyone else was doing the amount they were available to do. When I was team leader in our team (Oinks), we won the task with a vote of 2-1.
In this task, me and Sia split the work equally. I did the graphics, inputted ideas to the policies and speech, whilst Sia wrote everything up. I proof read the speech and took out any mistakes. I did all the work I needed to do on time too. We kept TiBB fun and a welcoming place, while the other team went a bit far with some of their policies, especially their new members one. I do believe I should stay in the competition for all the reasons stated above.

Can i just say that I know I hadn't been online as much as I wanted for this task, but I did contribute a lot to the original ideas but they were later changed.

Why I should stay? In all the tasks I have contributed a lot of effort, and have only lost this last task.

- I came up with the name Oinks, the winning team brand.
- I came up with the game idea, the winning team's game.
- I came up with the creative story idea, the winning creative story.

I'm not someone who's just a graphics person, or just a good creative writer. I tried to help in every way I could.

I helped organized the group even when I wasn't team leader, and have been REALLY dedicated to this game, So I really think I shouldn't be fired.

I know Tom wrote more of the speech than I did and If I had helped a bit more we may have done better, but I really couldn't have helped being busy that one day. So please give me one more chance to be in the final.

Please don't just judge it on this task.
Thanks.

[sorry if that sounded arrogant :s]

Tom could not be here tonight, but he asked me to post this on his behalf.

Quote:
Firstly, congratulations to Team Fetch- naturally I would've preferred it if we would have won but I really think they deserved a win at last.

I think I should stay in the competition because I've never been on the losing team, we have won every task and I have been actively involved in every single winning task, and finally the losing task. The losing task was clearly rushed and it shown that we're now in the boardroom. I did the most work in the task (no disrespect to Sam, it wasn't his fault) and because it was all last minute because I wasn't told of circumstances there wasn't much time left. I could've just abandoned it and accepted the inevitable but I still went ahead and tried to finish it. I had to change some of the ideas because they weren't following the rules (some were features, not policies) so I think I did my best to pull it all together and finish in time. We might not have won but a hell of a lot of effort went into that task from me, as I've done with all of my tasks, so I don't think I should be fired for that. It would be awful to fall at the final hurdle.

Okay... firstly congrats to fetch for getting the most votes. Not sure anything could be done to stop the names of the teams responsible for the speechs being guessed or leaking out. So Nicky and Sia are safe from firing this time.

Hmm, should it be Tom or Sam?....

I think Sam didn't have the time to contribute to this task as much as in previous ones, but it was no fault of his own here.

Tom did most of the speech writing in this task, Team Fetch's ideas were more possibly more innovative than the other team, though less safe... for example, the idea about possibly banning new members after three days... I don't think that would work in the our long-term best interests.

In previous tasks, from memory, I think Sam and Tom have probably contributed equally and done an equally good job.

So I think I've got to say...

Sam, you're fired.

Thanks for taking part.

Oh well! It was really fun while it lasted. :P

Everyone left is so good and anyone of you could win. So good luck.

Thanks Matt. I know you’ve put a lot of hard work in to the show, just as much as the contestants, and its just as good, if not better than when I hosted

Thank you James.

So, unfortunately Sam (Snig) has become the seventh person - and second Oink to be fired from the competition, leaving Nicky, Sia and Tom behind.

The three will now be interviewed tomorrow - and you'll get to see their interviews on Sunday night, when the winner of TiBB Apprentice 2009 will be crowned!

The search for the Apprentice continues...

See you on Sunday at 8pm for the finale!

Whilst I have no proof that any one person was responsible for this, I am in no doubt that, whilst Fetch were the winners of task, the anonymity was blown somehow.

I would not have wanted either of the teams having an unjust advantage in this task, and therefore I have come to the conclusion that all candidates will face tonight's firing.
