That's far too much and you'll just starve your body of nutrients and you'll mess up your metabolism. It means you'll have to lose like 2-3lb per week, which although doesn't sound much - as constant as EVERY week for 12 weeks will mean you will be suddenly starving your body.
Why don't you not set a numerical goal, and instead set yourself specific meal times, and healthy eating - and the losing weight is a bonus of eating healthy? |

2.3 lbs a week.
A lot of people do that sorta weight. Anyway yeh eat healthy not cheating at all, even if your alone and think whats the harm because you only cheat yourself then and your whole diet wil be thrown off. Excercise at least 3 times a week. And good luck mate. |
