Quote:
Big Brother (22)
I would like to make a complaint about your decision to axe the E4 live feed for Big Brother 10. I think this decision is a poor decision and will not help Big Brother survive; it seems like your trying to push the programme down the drain.

LOL wtf xD

Some of those complaints are mad though!!

These mainly ( I don't watch some of the shows to know though lol )-

The Sex Education Show v Pornography - Teenagers need to know not everyone is perfect and airbrushed, with perfect tits and a nice natural tan.

The Secret Millionaire - People who are hard of hearing, or aren't very good on their English skills might have a problem hearing and understanding it..

The BB one, obvs.

The Inbetweeners - IT SAID NO FISH WERE HURT. Geez.

The only other programme I watch is Embarrassing Bodies, and that complaint has a point >.<

The complaints are about the decision to axe the live feed, not the show itself. And that's just from April - I imagine the count in May will be higher when more people became aware of C4's plans to let Big Brother self destruct.

I can kind of understand the complaints now actually. At the end of the day, the whole purpose of Big Brother is to follow a certain number of housemates for 13 weeks so I think it's silly their axing the live feed. I actually think it's putting the show more at danger of finishing.

The amount of complaints doesn't matter if it is for something stupid like that, BB cannot get into trouble for axing a programme, that is nothing to do with the public you just have to get over it...

Now if it was complaints offending someone, raising awareness about the channel breaking rules of broadcasting that is when action is taken. People complain for the fun of it now. They are actually quite sad. BB gets a LOT of complaints every year, most of them are just overlooked and forgot about.

They have fist fights and everything in other ones around the world without BB doing anything, yet someone tells Rachel they'd be swapped for scrabble and suddenly OFCOM go into overload. Makes you wonder

I want fist fights in our series

The complaints were about the LF, and thats before it starts, just imagine the complaints about it when more people apart from forum members find out!

^ Probably not that many

The red button wasn't really common knowledge away from forums, they didn't have the thing on E4 a lot. Some forum members didn't even know there was a red button last year!
