1. What is your favourite television programme - Not sure I've got one but I suppose I should say Big Brother!! I like documentaries and watch a lot of the discovery type stuff on Digital. The obvious Soaps I have to admit to watching as well. And lots of other stuff I can't think of right now.
2. What is your favourite radio station - Capital Radio / Radio 4 (not very much alike are they )
3. Do you have any pets - No, but I'd love a dog. I live by myself and do a lot of work travelling so it's not really feasible to keep any animals.
4. What book are you reading at the moment - I'm a huge bookaholic and usually have several on the go at the same time. At the moment it's 'Dead Famous' by Ben Elton, 'An unexpected Light:Travels in Afghanistan' by Jason Elliot, 'The Thief of Time' Terry Pratchett.'The Constant Gardener' John Le Carre and several of the 'culture' books by Iain M Banks.
5. What is your favourite book - That's a really difficult question for me because I read so much. I'm into scifi and Fantasy and probably in this genre it has to be 'Lord of the Ring' by Tolkien. Other than that I'm really not sure - far too many to mention.
6. How many icons are there on your desktop - 12 on my imac and 27 on my laptop, 14 on my desktop PC.
7. If you could be any person in the world for 1 day who would it be - Now that's a really difficult question and I Haven't got a clue. I'll think about it and post an answer later.

"Getting to know you." was a song wasn't it? I don't think i liked it. Wasn't it in a cartoony musical thing where suddenly someone interupted someone else in the middle of a sentence and burst out with "getting to know you" it was quite rude. I'm sure it was in a musical. I didn't like it. I don't like those cartoony musical things. It was definately a song, but i didn't like it.

Getting to know you was sung in the film "The King And I", where Mrs Anna was introducing herself to the children in the classroom, it was beautifully done!

Right, no, i understand now, thanks, you see i was getting mixed up between that one and "an american tail" you know the one with the annoying little rat in. But now i remember the King and I film it was ok but then they made a cartoon of it i didn't like it very much but i didn't go to see it but i saw the trailer thats where i got the idea it was a cartoony thing. But i didn't like the bit in the King and I where they wouldn't believe that snow existed.

Yoko Ono's zillionaire next door neighbour from the Dakota Building In NYC! I bumped into him in Central Park whilst OH was running the marathon. We fed the ducks together and had a lovely chat. I told him I was a huge Lennon fan and wanted to see where he lived and died. He walked with me over there, offered to show me round and asked me in for a coffee. I thought he was a pleasant nutter, and I am a decent girl, so I declined. Then the sentry/security man came out and made a big thing of greeting him and fussing over him, and did he want the car bringing round, which one, etc.! I could have been the kept woman of a zillionaire!
