He said by him taking the 50k there would be two winners so then why is it he's still getting votes and will proably end up as just the one winner? Will he be giving away 50k to someone else?

No I think he thought that he would be evicted if he took the money - or he didn't think he had a chance of winning anyway.

I hope he doesn't win, but it's looking more and more likely that he will.
