I think c4 and e4 should air the eyeflashes at the beginning and end of every ad break as opposed to the usual idents during the lead up to bb. does anyone else agree?

I think you mean stings (the flashes of the 4 logo during the ads) in which case, the eye flashes DO replace them .

If your referring to the stings, they DO replace them, just not during all ad breaks.
