Kate comes across to me as a bit frosty, no real personality seen during the tasks etc, I dont dislike her though..
& James is just..not right for the job IMO.

Loads of personality in the earlier ones but since the week where Phillip went there is something lacking ... a lot. She was also a much stronger candidate before then, now I could actually see her going next week if she doesn't get her spark back in the interviews
