Default Can we get a 6 million launch?

CBB6 got a 6.1 million launch.

And BB9 got a 5.6 million launch.

Can BB10 beat that?

More like 5 million with the lack of pre-show publicity.

It won't get 19.2m that BGT got, that's for sure.

I expect over 6 million considering BB9 got 5.6 and got hardly any publicity compared to this year

Nope but BGT has shown that you ratings don't always follow trends and predictions.

I think if promotion had of been different and there had been more press attention then yes I could see that happening especially after CBB6 got that on a Friday
Its extremely hard to predict how the launch will go and I think it is very possible that it could get as low as 4million to as high as 6.5million
The one positive thing it that BB9 was seen as a major success and that lead to good launch figures of CBB6 so it could lead to good launch figures of BB10
I'm guessing around 5.6million for launch

If it manages the same share as last year and the slot ratings follow recent weeks both quite likely, the launch could manage 5.25-5.30 million it depends on whether the ratings recover to BB9 size or stay at CBB size.

Just scraping past 5m I think. Slightly up on last years final. CBB shown BB still has pulling power but I bet a lot of that was due to wondering who was going in.

But all the CBB names were in the papers before launch.

Not one surprise.

In the past they've printed names that turned out to be complete lies, and this year was possibly the best known cast of any show of its kind which might have made people tune in.

But CBB and BB attract two different audiences so the ratings for that failure are somewhat irrelevant when it comes to predicting this years.

It'll get 5 million at the most, I reckon it might actually end up around 4 million.

Who cares? As long as it's a good launch that can gives us a great series. I really could not give to frigz about the ratings anymore. If it the last series, lets just enjoy it.
