No it's like football and rugby mixed, you can handle the ball and you get a point for hitting it over the top of the goal and a goal is worth 3 points, i'll try find a good vid now.

Yeah it is kind of. not the same rules or pitch layout, we have a tournament with the Aussie's every year. There was really bad fights a couple of years ago and it nearly got cancelled.
