I have never managed to get into Survivor! They all seem to have it pretty easy in a beautiful setting living off the land!
Maybe they should be put in the poor side of the Big Brother house, see how they on then!!!!!!!!! |

Must admit the 'tasks' they do on Survivor are particularly gruelling and disgusting. Eating insects etc - obnoxious. I think you have to be a bit crazy to even enter it! Mind you, some people will have a go at anything if they know there's £1,000,000 at the end of it.

Oh yea eating insects, now that is disgusting as Alex would say and he'd have a valid point this time.

Even though I've never been much of a fan a Survivor I certainly wouldn't say they have an easy time.

The Survivor contestants had to deal with far greater physical challenges, but the mental demands are greater on Big Brother.
On Survivor they had to live out in the open, in very bad weather, on basic rations, in amongst the snakes and poisonous frogs. But on Big Brother the housemates have to possibly face up to being disliked by millions of people who vote you out. There’s absolutely nowhere to hide from the cameras – your private conversations are being watched and analysed by the nation. There are cameras in the toilet and shower and they release an explicit uncut video every year. The public get to see the housemates when they are drunk and, to top it all, the tabloid press tear the contestants to shreds, even when they are still in the house and it’s up to friends and relatives to defend them. At least on Survivor the contestants are around to defend themselves. I think possibly the worst aspect of appearing on Survivor, would not be the living conditions but would be the chance of getting in to the final two and not winning the million. So near, yet so far. |
