Lisa doesn't make her point any more valid because she shouts it louder than anyone else. Noirin is a grown woman. She doesn't need a gooby, unemployed, dedicated non-thinker with a vary limited vocabulary telling her what she can and can't do. Like another poster said, BB wouldn't let her starve, and anyway, she was only making a point. Noirin isn't an idiot. Unlike Lisa.
