According to recent reports, her and Jason are breaking up.. he wants kids and doesn't want her to carry on with singing so by all means break up he always did creep me out anyway.

According to Radaronline, Christopher filed court papers on December 18th, seeking a restraining order against the singer, and claiming that Britney had - amongst other things - made fun of the size of his, ahem, man bits, and stolen his credit card so that she could buy comic books.

The papers also claim that Christopher is the true father of Britney's son Sean Preston - rather than Britney's ex-husband (and Christopher's brother) Kevin.

Christopher allegedly claims that Britney stole his credit card after she spotted it lying on a coffee table in his house when she was collecting her sons Sean Preston and Jayden James from his house. She then apparently went onto use it to buy $4,569.02 worth of Archie and Betty Boop comics, as well as issues of Mad Magazine.

And when Christopher tried to discuss the charges with Britney, he claims that she "laughed at me and told me my brother Kevin ruined her life," "told me I have a small penis, she also blackmailed me and told me if I tell the police that she stole my credit card that she will tell the world I'm the true father of Sean Preston, not Kevin."

Two days after the court papers were filed, a judge reportedly dismissed the case.

Producer Hit-Boy revealed in a radio interview with Q 104.7 he wants to work on Britney’s upcoming studio album.

“What’s next is really just popping off my own thing with this rap stuff that I’m doing,” he said. “[I'm] trying to build a label [Hits Since 87] – I’ve got Audio Push…I’ve got K. Roosevelt. I’m really just trying to put on for the new guys. This upcoming year, I want to do like, full length projects, or maybe like half of an album for maybe someone like Britney Spears… just trying different things.”

Hit-Boy’s produced for big-name artists such as Kid Cudi, Kanye West, Jay-Z, Lil Wayne, Eminem, 50 Cent, Mary J. Blige, Chris Brown, Jennifer Lopez, Snoop Dogg and Justin Bieber.
