This could happen in theory - normal h/l show, during ugly betty. housemates nominate, 2nd show shows the nominations. Ad break then new housemate enters. This is my theory anyway lol.

If it is just Live Nominations for the public then, I think, it is just a pointless waste of TV and then to be on so late. It is just to get the viewing figures up.
