He's not arrogant, just very intuitive to the past weeks of public voting. It's pretty obvious he is going to stay, so why should he pretend that he doesn't know how the majority of the people will vote, when he clearly does.

Siavash talked about Angel will leave in his opinion, Halfwit replied saying he think he'll stay this week.
