Not really but I see their frustration. Especially since Freddie refuses to take any kind of back seat in things.
So now Freddies is in the wrong standing up to these thugs?

It's classic case of group bullying, all think the same, act the same towards a person they know is the outsider.. Only that group have a problem with, funny that the others don't!

Ohh, the House is full of sadistic, quarter-wits who just aren't entertaining... and yes, it IS bullying, and Freddie's piteous tones when he speaks to them is a great way of annoying them even more, love it

Freddie has the right to stand up for himself but he's shown he's not equipped to do it effectively. I dont think he has any other option than to stop trying to control situations or trying to have conversations with unwilling HM's.

It is bullying plain and simple.
He hasn't actually done anything wrong to most of them, fair enough he might have habits that annoy them but it's not intentional and he doesn't do anything with malice. It's typical playground bullying, it is getting out of hand rapidly. Every single thing he says, right or wrong, is being viciously twisted and used as an excuse to attack him. BBLB news today showed a great example when Freddie quietly said to Karly that she'd "avoided eye contact" with him, she shouted out in front of the whole group and made a ridiculous scene out of it.
Bullies.

I have been saying since the third or forth day that halfwit is being bullied. i am just really pleased that everyone is seeing it now.
ffs, the way lisa has been manouvering them all is disgusting. she is a sly little bitch. SHE is the one with the game plan, and unfortunatly she has chosen freddie to be her sacrificial lamb. disgusting. charlie kris karly and sophie are not bright enough to see they are her puppets. kris is so ugly on the inside.

this bullying makes me feel sick. i hope freddie survives this week and then lisa gets her little ass up. she is a vile COW

I agree. BB Should do something. After the whole Jade/Shilpa episode have they totally forgotten what happened? Be fair and punish the housemates. They are so totally bullying. You may not like him but there's no need to be so rude all the time (Kris is the worst culprit)

Lisa is such a cow, just as bad as Alex last year, and she was kicked out, lisa should get the boot, the others won't cope without their leader

I think after watching tonight's episode that they're actually starting to realize what they're doing- when Halfwit called everyone out, Kris didn't say a word.

BB also made a point to say something to both Lisa and Karly and show it in the limited onscreen time. In the enclosed world of Big Brother, they may not really even realize what is going on- perhaps Karly made her 1st realization tonight.

he stood up to them fine last nite, couldnt be more effective, big respect. the more intelligent and reasonable he was the more they blocked him and couldnt string an argument together. All they do is take the piss. Also there has been numerous times over the weeks hes been taken the piss out of and singled out.

-Stealing his mattress

-Having a go at him and Angel about minor things theyve done and speaking to them disrespectfully(Noone else would have been singled out in the same way)
-taking the piss with the hide and seek

-Sree taking the piss in the garlic argument and running back to the rest of the morons who all could see how reasonable Freddie was being but didnt stick up for him

-Constantly not allowing Freddie to have a voice in the house even if he has a valid point

I cant remember every little comment thats been said but plenty have over the weeks mostly out of Lisa's mouth

Also as Andyman has pointed out its only that one group of morons that have issues with him. The more intelligent HMs like Siavash and Marcus like him and congratulated him for standing up to them

Dudes BB dont think its bullying - See below

Thank you for contacting Channel 4 Viewer Enquiries regarding BIG BROTHER.

We are sorry to hear that you found the housemate's comments and actions towards Halfwit offensive.

Big Brother has spoken to Freddie, a number of times, following his arguments with a various housemates. As was shown in last night's highlights show, Freddie took the decision himself to tackle Karly and Lisa head on about some of their recent disagreements. Following his discussions with Karly and Lisa, Big Brother spoke to Freddie in the Diary Room, where Freddie said that he had had a good day and was pleased that he had spoken to them. Freddie also talked to Siavash and Marcus throughout the day about his relationships with other housemates and he continues to do so. Big Brother also talked to both Karly and Lisa about their disagreements with Freddie and will continue to monitor the situation.?

As you know, BIG BROTHER is not a scripted drama, but a reality programme and one of the consequences of reality television is that at times participants in the programme will express opinions or react in a way which a viewer may disagree with or find upsetting. It is important that within the context and structure of the programme that housemates have the right to express themselves without censure as long as they do not contravene the BIG BROTHER rules.

We do appreciate that some viewers will find certain comments or actions unacceptable and we will always look at the context and the justification in screening certain scenes or conversations in line with the Ofcom regulations. We take our responsibility to our audience very seriously and if a housemate, expressed views which were clearly in breach of the rules of BIG BROTHER, then appropriate action would be taken.

I can assure you that any decision regarding the housemates is not taken lightly and the production team are constantly reviewing the on-going situation in the house as the primary concern of both Channel 4 and the BIG BROTHER producers, is the welfare of the housemates.

We would like to assure you also that your concerns have been logged for the attention of the programme makers.

Thank you again for taking the time to contact us.

Regards,

Veronica Way

It is ridiculous how freddie is being treated.
I don't really feel it's bullying, or at least something that they should correct just yet, because in all honesty this kind of thing is a possibility.

Until they get physical with freddie or threaten him(can you say alex) Biggie isn't going to do anything about it.

I don't think anyone would see people making fun of freddie's way of talking as racist because even though he talks differently, when it boils down to it it is white on white crime. freddie's accent is a result of choice/demeanor/upbringing, not his race.

and sree complaining about racism when marcus imitated him, eh don't take that seriously because sree obviously uses any shield that he can to make himself look like a victim and get attention, and he knew that the race thing certainly would get attention both in and out of the house. BB had no choice but to correct marcus because if BB didn't we could all say goodbye to BB forever because we'd never hear the end of it, and sree the sh*tshtirrer would get even more attention BB could have been sued or something, and it would lose a big chunk of audience.

But my heart hurts for freddie. i can't even call him halfwit because it makes me sad!

siavash is kickass

Siavash told sree not to use the racist card as it upset siavash to be put in sree's catagory

freddie's up bringing has probably put him in contact with shallow small minded people in his past IMO he know's there games and mentality and is big enough to let it wash over him and not let it get him down I for one admire that in him and because of his strength of character bb feel he's doing ok so they let it lie

That's why freddie will win
