Nicholas Lyndhurst is one of my favourite actors as well - I thought he was great in 'only fools and horses'

I only have terrestrial TV but I remember Goodnight Sweetheart very well. It was one of my favourite programmes.

Nicholas Lyndhurst is a consistently good actor and I too preferred Dervla Kirwan.

I'm sorry I can't see the re-runs, I'm sure I'd enjoy the programme just as much as the first time around.

its on every night on uk gold2 at 10pm and also on uk gold 1 at 1pm, and from friday its 1pm and 5pm, and from next monday its 1pm and 7 pm.

blimey, this is an old thread.....

....it ended by Gary getting stuck in the past and unable to go to the future. he then stayed with phoebe.

It would be great to have a catch up show.

Never did see the last episode of Goodnight Sweetheart, so cheers for letting me know what happened!

BTW, a bit spooky that this thread's just been resurrected ...... the guy that played Ron (Victor McGuire) was in Heartbeat last Sunday playing a newspaper reporter!!!
