In Scottish version of chavs are known as neds. Often seen on street corners wearing a tracksuit, with a bottle of Buckfast in hand. Saying things like 'That's pure kwality!'

When I was in Scotland for a wee break I saw lots of young people with Buckfast. I ahve tasted it and am not sure why they like it so much!!
