I think he happily admits the only thing going for him is his money.
He even admitted he agrees with, and doesn't care if Karly is with him for his money, he'll happily splash his money on someone who doesn't love him, just so he can be with someone with a nice "ass". She's with him for his money, he's with her for her ass - it's that kind of relationship and they both know what they want and get out of it. Neither of it is personality.
Doubt he actually carries all that around with him, but after BB I reckon he'll be going back to NY anyway - so won't be recognised there.
