Default Plz excuse my stupidity...

Me + mates are going to London/Brighton next month. Nothing booked yet.

We were just wondering if any kind members could let us know the quickest way to get from London to Brighton, obv train but like any more details. Like how long the journey would be? Also, would it be easier to fly to Luton, Gatwick or Stansted?

I would help but I only ever fly to Heathrow, lol. I think Brighton is only about 45 minutes on train I think.

I booked a ticket for Take That with a bus coach journey from Brighton to Wembley and I think it said 1 hour and a half to get there.

Check the net for train info..

It's about 53 miles from London to Brighton, 1hr 30m by car and much less time if going by Train..

There are coaches but will take about 2hr 30m to reach Brighton.

London to Brighton by train is about 40/50 mins. There a few that depart from various parts in London, Victoria is your best bet.

Yay for Brighton.

It certainly is not. Good luck finding a cheap taxi in to take you to/around London.

It takes from 1hr 15 mins to 1 hr 30 mins from London Euston and if you book in advance you will get it cheaper. An open return is approx £30 currently from 01/08 onwards depending on what time of the day you go.

The best way to go though is from London Bridge. It takes approx 1 hour and you can get an open return for under £20 if you book in advance. That's what I normally do.

I personally go to Luton from Glasgow.

And from Luton you can go straight on the train to Brighton.

I don't know how long on the train.

But it's a 5 minute journey on a shuttle bus from the airport to the train station.
