I sleep with head on pillow, and then body like curled but extended if anyone understands that.

so in a double bed...

Legs....body

So i am up the top end of my bed..

I barely go further than half way down it...

I roll my duvet up, hug it and have one leg wrapped around it...apparently this is a massive sign of insecurity.
