Unfortunately i do, have tried to give up several times without succes but i will keep trying. I think it is a disgusting habit and one that i truly wish i`d never started.

It is a minging habit Tom. I am glad you don't smoke. I wish I didn't. I wish I never started. I have smoked for 25 years and I wish I could give it up. I wish it was that easy. But then other people can do it so maybe I am just lame.

If you don't like it try those Nicorette inhaler things (if you dunno what they are basically a nicotine stick inhaler), they're supposed to be really good. It doesn't mean you have to quit either because the nicotine on its own is harmless and thats all your body wants. Worth looking into if you want to try

aren't they meant to be rubbish though? you can get them on the NHS if you want them but wont pay
