I think the whole idea of gameplaying is flawed in UKBB. You can't be fake or play games with the public vote or you'll be evicted. Gameplayer is a tag that's thrown by someone who simply doesn't like the HM.
If she was playing a game she would have slipped by now and the highlights would have exploited it.
