He's quite correctly not having ago at her for her feelings (which she is entitled to) but purely for the way she went about things.
He knew fine well she fancied Tom and Siavash and his main problem with her has been the fact she keeps denying it to him and slagging them off.
Doesn't excuse his behaviour but it gives him a valid reason to be annoyed with her constant lies. If she had just admitted it to him he would have been hurt, let it sink in and be over with instead of thinking oh she keeps saying she hates them so...
