what confused me tonight is that marcus was basically saying that everythiong he does is for the cameras. he said he knows what's good for the show and what makes it exciting. does that not sound like he's seeking attention to you??

Nope. It suggests that, unlike the other ******* in there, Marcus realises the series this year is dying on its ass. he's trying to liven things up.
