Default Why is it the main girl HM are manic evils whereas the main guy HMs are chilling.

Lisa, Noirin and Bea are awfull people, full of hate and devious to the last

Marcus, Fred and siavash are chilled, relaxed and mostly good and kind.

Why the poles apart reaction/behaviour between the sexes?

Is it just that men can hold themselves together better under stress etc?

Why is that the women end up being hated the most? Why do the engage in patterns of behaviour that leads them to being hated?

Because the guys keep trying it on with girls - and some in particular, find it difficult to take no for an answer - therefore stressing out the girls (with the exception of Lisa of course)!

Can't believe you actually said that the men can hold themselves together better under stress - excuse me - but who was it hiding and sulking under their duvets - when rejected by the object of their desires! Well - it certainly wasn't the girls!

Guys it appears are the real emotional ones!!!!!!!

Men usually get on with other men, women like to bitch about other women! I now I bitch about women to my friends! The problem is that the women never really know who their friends are and bitch to the wrong ppl and it causes tension!

By your standards I have to count Marcus as a woman.
Moody, emotional, has flash outbursts, gossips spitefully and so on.
That is why I call him 'Marcy' awww.

I think that it is a combination of a few things:

1. the people they happened to pick,

2. the edit,

3. the perspective of the viewer.

And I think 3 is the main point there. I have seen Sivash stressing out plenty... and Marcus (a bit) and Freddie (quite a lot) - maybe the male viewers react more to the female HMs stress because they understand it less. Maybe guys recognise and understand other men's stress better and it is therefore less stressful for them to watch it. Also, it seems that the women are more inclined to off load their stress (talking, arguing, bitching. etc.) and the men internalise their a bit more (duvet diving, long bouts of not talking aka sulking).

I also see plenty of stress being externalised by Rodrigo, Charlie and David - but not much coming from Hira or Sophie.

IOW: I think the OP may well be full of sh1t (but I mean that in a nice way )
